We're hiring a Facilities Coordinator in Cordova, TN 38018
22.00 per hour, with weekly pay
8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

As the Facilities Coordinator, you'll be the main point of contact for all facility related matters

Your key tasks will include
Managing Facility Operations: Ensure everything in the facility runs smoothly and meets all business and legal requirements
You'll work closely with landlords, vendors, and staff.
Handling Finances: Manage purchase orders and invoices through Ariba, and make small purchases when needed.
Provide access, training, and assistance with facility equipment, and help with front desk duties like managing visitors and office supplies.
Support safety efforts by working with the HSE team, monitoring first aid supplies, and assisting with emergency procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent.
3 plus years in facility support or 5 plus years in a similar role, including experience with invoices and suppliers.
Strong organization, basic Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work independently.
Youll be essential to keeping the facility running smoothly.
Work with different teams and provide great support.
