Job Summary and Qualifications
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and effective coordination of unit functions during shifts. Collaborating with the management team, the CNC directs and evaluates nursing care to support our mission, fostering an unparalleled patient experience and improving clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate efficient admissions and discharges to ensure high-quality care.
- Participate in ongoing assessments of care service quality.
- Collaborate with management and experts to foster a teamwork-driven environment.
- Engage in service recovery to uphold a patient-first philosophy.
- Promote nursing strategies through employee rounding and initiatives to enhance engagement.
- Assist in interviewing, training, and developing staff, as well as ensuring compliance with policies.
- Manage staff scheduling and productivity based on patient care needs.
- Oversee inventory control and manage supplies and equipment effectively.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse with an RN Diploma.
