POS Support Analyst

There's currently a POS Support Analyst position with a client in Wayzata, MN. This will be a hybrid position consisting of 1 day remote and 4 days onsite in the Wayzata, MN office. The client is looking for someone to step in while a team member/manager is out on paternity leave. This will start as a contract, but could turn into a loner term opportunity. Ideal candidate would have experience with OLO, R365, and/or Aloha.
*Description:*
Currently, the company utilizes NCR for their level 1 desk. Their current manager is going on paternity leave starting Dec. 5 so is looking for someone who can come in and tackle level 1-3 issues as well as triage issues to the appropriate line of defense. Most issues would revolve around OLO (online ordering), R365 (Restaurant Management Software) and Aloha. Day to day responsibilities will include password resets, adding and creating new users, editing permissions, and working through level 1-3 issues within TeamViewer. This person would support 49+ client locations. This company continues to grow through franchising locally and nationally.
*Top Skills: *
1.MIS, Computer Science, or Information Technology Degree
2.1-2 years POS and restaurant management systems experience (OLO, R365, Aloha)
3.Understanding and experience with basic IT functions, MS Office Suite, O365, ability to add/make changes for users
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
