JOB DESCRIPTION: Summary/Objective Dignitas Technologies provides program and operational management, planning and oversight of the PEO STRI Digital Integration Laboratory (DIL). Dignitas’s DIL support staff provides First Line Army Mission Command System (MCS) technical support to ensure successful formal and informal interoperability integration and test between Army MCS and PEO STRI System and Non-System Training Aids, Devices, Simulations and Simulators. The Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A) operator / system administrator shall support the DIL as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the DCGS-A. Selected applicant will work full time on-site at the supported government/customer secure integration and test facility. A current SECRET security clearance is required. Essential Functions/Experience in the following: Provide technical support services for the full range of operation for the DCGS-A MCS to include but not limited to: Conduct DCGS-A system administration and operation Support DIL customer integration, test, and development initiatives Support DIL formal and informal interoperability certification Support the DIL manager with the development of reports, meeting and demonstrations as required. Required Skills: DCGS-A operation and system administration Experience in installation, configuration, and operation of DCGS-A server suites and Multi-Functional Workstations (MFWS) Competencies: Problem Solving/Analysis Deadline and detail-oriented Technical Capacity Exceptional written and oral communication skills Time Management Required Education and Experience Required: Formal training and certification for the Army DCGS-A operations and system administration Minimum 2+ years of experience Desired Education Strongly Desired: Prior Military Experience as an Army DCGS-A operator and/or maintainer (MOS 35F, 35T, 35G). Desired: Prior experience with DCGS- MC (Marine Corps), N (Navy), AF (Air Force) Additional Eligibility Qualifications Current / Active SECRET Security Clearance - Preferred Ability to obtain an active Secret Clearance is required to be considered for this position. Experience with the Army Tactical Server Infrastructure (TSI) and/or Battle Command Common Services (BCCS) Must be a US Citizen The position is full-time on-site, and some travel may be required.
