Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Surgical Technologist Program
  • Certified as a Surgical Technologist by NBSTSA or NCCT
  • New Grad, Surg Tech I, Surg Tech II, Surg Tech III experience levels recognized

Principal Accountabilities

  • Serve as a resource specialist for an assigned operating room area/specialty service
  • Demonstrate expertise in aseptic technique and advanced surgical techniques
  • Ensure safe and efficient patient care while adhering to policies and procedures
  • Promote professional growth and development by meeting education and competency requirements
  • Create compassionate and personalized experiences for every member of our community
