Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Maplewood at Stony Hill, 46 Stony Hill Rd, Bethel, CT

Shifts Available: 7am - 3pm

Maplewood Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As an LPN, you will provide direct care, medication administration, and support to our senior residents.   • Medication administration
  • Direct care and service to residents
  • Teaching and wellness counseling
  • Health Promotion
  • Support of residents and families
  • Oversight of Certified Nursing Assistants
  • Training of associates and auditing of care
  • Completing monthly in-service training as required

Requirements:

  • Currently licensed as a Practical Nurse in the state
  • Two years of clinical experience
  • Experience working with older adults preferred
  • Physical ability to perform demanding tasks
  • Positive working relationships with residents, families, and staff members
  • Good physical and emotional health
