We have an exciting opportunity for a Certified PRN Surgical OR Tech to join our team at Center for Special Surgery-Texas, part of HCA Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare services.
Job Summary and Qualifications
- Contribute to safe and effective nursing care in the operating room, including direct patient care, assisting the surgeon, and maintaining surgical asepsis
- Demonstrate necessary practical, technical, or specialized skills required for the role of surgical technician
- Prepare the operative suite for surgery, assist in turnover of operating room suites, and prepare procedure room for the following day
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program, with Surgical Tech Certification and at least one year of experience in an operating room setting
- Valid BCLS Certification upon employment
