Responsibilities:

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will be responsible for directing the day-to-day functions of the staff, as well as providing direct nursing care to patients. Additionally, this role involves planning, organizing, developing, and directing education programs for facility staff in accordance with standards and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN license in Tennessee
  • Current CPR certification
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including possible overtime and weekends
  • Ability to supervise support staff and resolve staff issues
  • Education: Associates or better in Nursing
