LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Long Term Care

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care and possess expertise in various medical areas.
*Duties*
- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings such as nursing homes, urgent care facilities, and primary care clinics
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assist in acute pain management and wound care
- Specialize in dementia care, memory care, and geriatrics
- Perform basic medical procedures such as suture removal and wound dressing
- Utilize sonography systems for diagnostic purposes
*Experience*
- Must have a valid LPN license
- Proven experience in dementia care, nursing homes, acute pain management, geriatrics, and memory care is preferred
- Familiarity with primary care and urgent care practices
- Proficiency in using sonography systems is a plus
