Summary:

Responsible for creating expert design concepts, analyzing and modifying programming systems, overseeing software development projects, and providing technical leadership.

Responsibilities:
* Independently develops high-quality software design and architecture and ensures it is updated as needed
* Develops software solutions by producing clean, efficient code, identifying process improvements, and implementing new technology
* Identifies, prioritizes, and executes tasks in the software development life cycle
* Works with subject matter experts to identify and review the appropriate technological solutions for various business needs
* Reviews and debugs code as needed
* Mentors, coaches, develops and assists in training in assigned area
* Maintains files, logs, and records
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Shares responsibilities for maintaining adequate supplies and equipment
- Maintains general upkeep of work area and maintains a safe environment
- Observes and addresses potential environmental hazards and risks
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
