The ideal candidate will have experience with tools such as Power BI, Excel, and mail merge, using these technologies to drive productivity and ultimately an enhanced employee and client experience. This role offers a unique opportunity within a dynamic professional environment. The anticipated time frame of this project-based internship is January 2025 - December 2025, with the possibility of an additional year for the right candidate.

Job Duties May Include:
• Utilize Power BI to design and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards for internal and client use
• Conduct data analysis and manipulation in Excel, employing advanced functions and tools to ensure data accuracy
• Perform mail merges for efficient client communications and marketing initiatives
• Assist in the automation of accounting processes and workflows to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate on the implementation and optimization of accounting software and technological tools

Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiastic about learning and adapting to new technologies and processes
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Data analytics, or related field, or a Master's degree in Accounting with an emphasis on Accounting Analytics
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis capabilities
• Familiarity with mail merge techniques and software (e.g., Microsoft Word)
