Our client, a leading provider of platforms, digital innovation, artificial intelligence, and end-to-end IT & Business services for Global 1000 companies, is transforming corporations through deep domain expertise, knowledge-based ML platforms, and anthropological efforts. The company is committed to understanding client problems and developing platforms to address them. We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to support requirements analysis, product demonstrations, gap analysis, and project management oversight for small to medium-sized projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Use analytical skills and judgment to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex problems
• Work closely with customers to understand and define enterprise goals and objectives
• Contribute to sprint planning and estimation by highlighting dependencies, constraints, and impacts from a business standpoint
• Act as the face of the team to the client and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all business and strategic needs
• Analyze business needs and solutions, devise strategies, and facilitate stakeholder collaboration
• Validate and verify information to identify solution options that meet business needs
• Align designed and delivered solutions with stakeholder needs
• Establish and implement effective requirement creation and management practices
• Champion requirements elicitation using proven techniques (e.g., interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, use cases, competitive product analysis)
• Define solution approaches, identify business improvement opportunities, and allocate requirements across solution components
• Define software quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other non-functional requirements
• Monitor the market for technologies and processes to manage business analysis information
• Develop training materials and tips that stakeholders can leverage to improve their efficiency in using business analysis tools
• Work with large or multiple teams that span functions, issues, locations, and time zones to coordinate roles, responsibilities, and interdependencies of all team members
• Develop a network of SMEs inside and outside the organization
• Develop innovative approaches using new tools, templates, and processes
• Develop engagement strategies to support organizational transformation
• Assist in driving transformational programs for the organization/customer’s enterprise

• Requirements Engineering: Drive adoption of tools, templates, and processes for aligning requirements and designs
• Solution Evaluation: Use a combination of metrics and strategic analysis to pick and recommend appropriate solutions
• Process: Establish processes and ensure adherence by the team
• BA Artifacts Maintenance: Document project artifacts and manage them to the highest standards
• Team Management: Conduct necessary training and workshops, monitor junior BAs, and suggest areas for improvement
• New Business: Assist in identifying new business opportunities and recommending solutions proactively
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and best practices
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a technology or consulting environment
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
• Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
• Experience with enterprise-level software solutions
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices
Certifications • Project management experience or certification (PMP, Scrum Master)
