Position Overview

The Director of Human Resources (HR) will manage, coordinate, and evaluate the human resource functions at our facility. Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in Human Resources is required.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in Human Resources is required, with a preference for experience in acute care settings.
Certifications
  • Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is preferred.
