Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking a Sales Territory Manager with a competitive spirit and exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and a track record of building strong customer relationships. This position involves driving to customer locations to ensure product delivery and develop new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Foster customer relationships in a team-based selling model
- Manage deliveries and troubleshoot any order process issues
- Communicate and collect accounts receivable
- Develop new business opportunities through market intelligence and networking
- Stay informed about market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Competitive spirit and results-driven mentality
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Physical Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, walk, and drive frequently
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs occasionally
- Manual dexterity and ability to grasp objects frequently
Compensation:
The expected base rate for this role is between $50,000.00 and $80,000.00, with additional incentive compensation and benefits packages available.
