About the Position
Independent, physician-owned practices
Nine family medicine clinic locations in Northwest Arkansas
No call; clinics utilize hospitalist program
Physicians typically work at one or two locations

MANA Family Medicine has nine (9) locations serving the Northwest Arkansas community with quality family care. Most of our physicians practice at one or two locations. Our physicians build relationships with their patients and their families over the years. We are committed to providing patients with quality, compassionate care to improve the health of our community.

Established in 1999, MANA is a physician-owned and led organization with 120 providers (PCPs and specialists) with a longstanding reputation for financial stability. Association with this organization allows for a large referral base, negotiating power, and coordinated administration and support services. Physicians have a partnership opportunity after one year.

Qualifications
Applicants must have a medical degree and be eligible for licensure. Physicians who are still completing their residency or fellowship are eligible to apply. Board certification or board eligibility with plans to complete certification required. Ability to communicate with compassion and effectiveness to patients and staff of MANA.
