Maintain a working knowledge of the property as well as all marketing, promotional and special event initiatives. Responsible for enrolling guests into the property’s GLC Rewards program while maintaining a high level of data accuracy. Respond to guests’ requests, complaints and/or inquiries while being courteous and prompt. Be involved in special events/promotions. Must be able to effectively communicate both written and verbally with Guests, Team Members, and Management. Maintain excellent grooming and uniform standards. All other duties as assigned. Essential Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age. Must possess a High School Diploma or GED. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form. One plus years of experience in customer service preferred. Must have ability to efficiently and accurately key in data into database. Be able to accurately work and/or manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Must obtain a Gun Lake Tribal Gaming License Physical Requirements: Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color, and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols. Must have the manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment. Ability to sit, walk, stand, run, and climb stairs for the duration of shift. Must have the ability to access all properties and areas. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance. Ability to read, write and input data into the computer. Ability to stoop, crouch and kneel. Work Conditions: Work is typically in an area which may be unusually hot, cold and/or noisy and may contain secondhand smoke. Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. wide access. Tasks performed from a non-sitting position. Team Members will be required to stand, walk, lift, reach, push, pull and grasp. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. Work may entail trained chemical usage. Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.
