Summary
PM Pediatric Care is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker to join our Behavioral Health Program. This opportunity will provide comprehensive behavioral health for the common conditions seen in primary care such as depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders in an extended primary care collaborative model.

*Licensing group supervision provided (depending on state)
*Position pay range: $30 - $40 per hour
*Schedule: Minimum of 8-10 hours per week, sometime in the range of M-F 3:00pm - 9:00pm and/or Saturday 9:00am - 3:00pm.

Description

  • Perform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence-based practices
  • Provide individual, family and group therapy for patients using evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Participate in collaborative care team meetings
  • Maintain licensure and professional development as required by licensing board
  • Complete required documentation including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning and implementation in a timely manner
  • Work closely with patient, family and team to overcome obstacles in treatment
  • Expected goal of at least 80% time providing therapy to patients
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field required
  • Relevant therapist license in the state(s) practicing (LMSW, LCSW, LICSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT)
  • MUST have experience providing psychotherapy
  • Experience with pediatric and adolescent patients preferred
  • Experience providing teletherapy to children and adolescents preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to effectively interact, work, and develop meaningful relationships with people of various cultural backgrounds
  • Knowledge of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent short-term counseling skills
  • Experience with discharge planning

Compensation Dependent Upon Location and Experience
