Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing and executing creative social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging captions, content, and written posts on social media that speak to the firm's target audience
  • Help manage our social media content calendar to ensure timely publication and consistent messaging
  • Support the planning and execution of live sessions and virtual events to enhance community interaction and engagement
  • Craft and distribute email newsletters
  • Help track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
  • Respond to comments and DMs on social media platforms
  • Perform social media marketing research
  • Brainstorm and research ideas for original content
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of marketing initiatives
Qualifications
  • Must be available to start in August 2024 and commit to working a minimum of 15-20 hours per week with occasional work at our office as needed
  • Enthusiasm and passion for social media and digital marketing
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically
  • Proficiencyinemail marketing platforms such as Mailchimp is preferred
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
  • Experience with content creation is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment whilemaintaininga positive and collaborative attitude.You are a quick learner and appreciate excellence.
  • A passion forworking with others to deliver a positive experience and respect, appreciate, and understand how we work together internally has a direct impact on how we are perceived externally.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred
