We're seeking a hands-on, content-driven Marketing Manager with 2-4 years of experience to actively support our brand growth and engage directly at job sites to create compelling content. This role will be the company's first marketing hire, laying the foundation for future leadership as the organization expands.

Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will produce and manage content that aligns with our brand's mission to support franchise sales and engage local communities. This individual will be integral in creating training materials, on-site content, and influencer collaborations that amplify our brand's values.
Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop, film, and edit instructional videos and other training materials for franchisees, producing visually appealing content that enhances brand identity.
  • On-Site Engagement: Spend time at job sites to capture authentic content that reflects Waterloo Turf's offerings and values.
  • Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and promote influencer content, amplifying the Waterloo Turf brand across channels.
  • Agency Collaboration: Partner with our external agency to ensure cohesive social media and franchise marketing efforts, contributing content and insights for digital initiatives.
  • Franchise Support: Provide franchisees with brand resources, customizable campaign templates, and tools to support their local marketing needs.
  • Content Analytics: Track content performance and adjust strategies based on insights to optimize engagement and reach.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience with strong content creation skills
  • Proficiency in video production and editing software
  • Experience in influencer marketing and managing partnerships with content creators
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with franchise or multi-location business models (a plus)
