Referral bonuses are available Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist potential residents with leasing paperwork to ensure it is properly completed • Market and lease available apartment inventory • Address concerns from current residents about maintenance requests • Ensure lease application paperwork is completed and organized properly • Ensure resident file compliance • Support the Property Manager with marketing initiatives and assist with community events Qualifications: • Minimum of 6 months experience in Leasing • Property Management software knowledge such as Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, or other equivalent platforms • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws • Weekend availability • Excellent customer service skills with co-workers and residents • Assist the Property Manager to ensure compliance with all resident files • Assist with community events and resident retention Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
