The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in these areas and will collaborate closely with the Controller to improve efficiency and with the Accounting Manager to manage reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily, monthly, and year-end reconciliations for various accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately documented and reported.
  • Lead initiatives for process automation in cash management and audit activities, using tools like PowerBi (experience preferred) to create insightful financial dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that automated processes align with overall financial goals and compliance standards.
  • Support cash flow analysis by identifying trends and providing actionable insights to the Accounting Manager.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly audit preparation, ensuring data integrity and supporting internal control assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records and support the Accounting Manager in developing and implementing best practices in financial reporting.
Qualifications:
  • BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in reconciliations and process automation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with PowerBi or similar BI tools is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
