The Staffing Specialist is responsible for efficiently managing and maintaining schedules for services provided to agency clients, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely manner. They provide guidance and instructions to direct care employees, coordinating with supervisors to ensure adequate coverage and a safe environment for clients. Additionally, the scheduler actively participates in determining hiring needs and works closely with the Operations Manager to ensure compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing
Maintain schedule for services requested and provided to agency clients
Provide direction to direct care employees and communicate with supervisors as needed to ensure safe and effective coverage of client needs
Participate in determining hiring needs
Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
Partners with the Operations Manager to ensure compliance with Agency policies and procedures and applicable state, federal, and accreditation standards, as well as community and professional standards.
Communicates with community partners and facilitates getting signed physician orders
Assists with office operations as needed
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
Experience in Home healthcare
Active CNA license
Access to reliable transportation
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong computer skills
Effective time management, organizational skills, and ability to function with minimal direction.
Previous experience in staffing or as a scheduler, preferably staffing for a temporary agency or in home health.
Salary Range:
$41,500 to $52,000
