The Occupational Therapist instructs, motivates, and assists patients in learning and improving activities of daily living under the supervision of the Rehab Director. Work as part of the team that includes 1 Physical Therapist, 1 Physical Therapy Assistant, 1 Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver a well-rounded therapy program during the short time our guests are with us. Pay: $40-$50/hour based on experience.

Responsibilities
• Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice.
• Conduct screenings of guests newly admitted to the facility.
• Coordinates treatment plan with guest, family, and other team members.
• Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Monitors guest's response to intervention and modifies treatment.
Qualifications
• Current OT license through the AZ State Board of Occupational Therapy required.
• A minimum of 1 year OT experience preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year Skilled Nursing Facility OT experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance in accordance with state requirements.
