About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Sante. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide treatment to patients in accordance with established standards of practice.
  • Conduct screenings of new patients to assess their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Coordinate treatment plans with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Implement and conduct treatment as outlined in the treatment plan, monitoring patient progress and making adjustments as needed.
Requirements
  • Current OT license through the State Board of Occupational Therapy.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Health OT is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
