job summary:

  • Primary Duties: Provide technical support assistance to walk-up colleagues requiring assistance with Desktop, Laptop, Mobile Phone issues interacting face to face with customers requiring assistance. The candidate will also be required to assist with general desktop support issues that are assigned to work queue for completion as needed

  • Requirements

  • Must have excellent organizational, verbal, and communication skills

  • Microsoft Office O365 experience

  • 3+ years of Windows 10 experience, troubleshooting and configuring on a variety of devices

  • 3+ years' experience working knowledge of Active Directory and account maintenance

  • Apple support experience (MAC, iPad, iPhone)

  • Mobile device support on iPhone, androids and iPad

  • Must be able to work independently and self-directed as well as within a team

  • Successful candidates will be comfortable operating in a fast paced and changing environment and has flexibility

  • customer service skills and experience required
