THE POSITION

As a Business Development Manager reporting to the Director of Business Development, your role is pivotal in driving the growth and sustainability of our organization, particularly in cultivating membership bases and nurturing recurring revenue streams. Your primary responsibility lies managing the CRM, developing inside sales system/team, and assisting with fostering long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring the continuous generation of recurring revenue. You will assist with efforts to identify new membership opportunities, develop enticing value propositions, and implement retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value. Your leadership, innovation, and relentless pursuit of excellence will be instrumental in solidifying our position as a market leader and driving the organization towards unparalleled success in membership acquisition and recurring revenue generation.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executed lead-generating activities on Staccato Ranch, showcasing amenities, experiences, programs, and the Ranch brand.
• Prioritize leads, contacts, and opportunities to create effective communication channels with potential members, members, and guests to increase connectivity between the business, facility, and the SR brand.
• Responsible for managing Staccato Ranch revenue streams, CRM, and assisting with-generating activities such as strategic partnerships, corporate partners, memberships, state and government contracts, and brand awareness activities such as competitions, classes, and open range days.
Provide input by presenting opportunities, new products, members' experiences, and amenities to increase member engagement and potential revenue.
• Be a stakeholder in building an inside sales team of exceptional team members by continuously driving a positive working experience.
• Stay updated on new products, trends, and news related to the firearms industry.
• Maintain a high level of firearms proficiency in rifle, handgun, and advanced usage techniques, tactics, and practices in a defensive, competitive, and tactical area.
• Maintain a high level of instruction in basic to advanced handgun and rifle techniques.
• Always be a team player, proficient, professional, and engaging.
• Be a champion for Extraordinary Customer Experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in business development and growth. Any hospitality, retail, and firearms experience is a plus.
• Also listed in the required job duties)
• 5+ years of leadership experience in challenging environments with an unwavering desire to win.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university is preferred.
• Strong public speaking and practical communication skills are preferred.
• Proficiency in operating, demonstrating, and providing instructions on firearms, including pistols, shotguns, and rifles, is preferred.
• Valid Texas LTC is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of shooting techniques and the maintenance of firearms.
• Must meet all Federal, State, and company certification requirements.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Standing for long periods in an outdoor environment, including extreme temperatures in the summer and winter months, is required.
• Must be able to lift objects to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Experience using MS Office, Salesforce, Range Management Software and POS is preferred.
