Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: We are seeking a full-time Spine Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation Services team at the STARS Nampa Health Plaza Acute Spine Clinic. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with spine-related issues, using specialized programming and an interdisciplinary approach to help them regain functionality and improve their quality of life. You will work closely with a physiatrist in a collaborative environment, delivering exceptional spine-focused rehabilitation services. If you’re passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients with spine issues, we want to hear from you What You Will Do: Conduct assessments and develop individualized physical therapy treatment programs specifically targeting spine health. Implement and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback, ensuring a focus on spine rehabilitation. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including a physiatrist and other specialists, to provide holistic care tailored to each patient's needs. Engage in ongoing education and training related to spine therapy to stay current with best practices. Minimum Qualifications: Current Physical Therapy licensure in the State of Idaho. Basic Life Support certification for healthcare providers from AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network, required at hire. Previous experience in outpatient and orthopedic rehabilitation preferred. 1-2 years of experience specifically in spine therapy is highly desirable.
