Voyage Wealth Architects is seeking a dynamic, customer-centric, go-getter to serve as our Client Service Coordinator. As the first point of contact for Voyage clients, you view providing concierge-level customer service as your most important role, and no client ask is too big or too small. The Client Service Coordinator will become an expert in all aspects of daily client service operations, including account opening, money movement, insurance application processing, investment strategy implementation and more. The ideal candidate for this role will be a strong communicator, creative problem solver, and fast learner - they are willing to dig in and take care of client needs in a timely, professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicating via telephone, email and in person to address client needs and answer client questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring client case notes and meeting follow ups are appropriately assigned and completed
  • Handling daily service requests from clients with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Managing an efficient Client Relationship Management (CRM) software and helping the team maintain CRM standards and best practices
  • Becoming an expert who can process and handle all aspects of daily client service operations, including account openings, money transfers, insurance application processing, investment account opening, financial plan strategy implementation, and more.
  • Onboarding new clients and ensuring the highest level of customer service in alignment with the Voyage service model
  • Acting as a liaison between the home office, our team, and our clients
  • Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and autonomy
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to multitask, and time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality in dealing with client matters
  • Desire and capacity to further financial education and pursue credentials
  • Previous wealth management or financial services industry experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Minnesota State Life, Accident & Health License (or willing to obtain within 60 days)
  • FINRA SIE, Series 7, & 63 (or willing to obtain within 1 year)
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for more than 50% of the day, constantly operate a computer and other office machinery, occasionally move about inside the office, occasionally lift boxes weighing up to 20 pounds, and must be able to communicate and exchange accurate information in a way that others will understand.
