Como Producción General - Matanza usted:
  • Realice una variedad de tareas especializadas en un ambiente cálido, caliente, o mojado.
  • Use herramientas adecuadas, como cuchillos, ganchos u otro equipo especializado.
  • Realizar tareas físicas que requieran fuerza en la parte superior del cuerpo y movimientos repetitivos constantes.
  • Párese en superficies duras todo el turno; Se requiere el uso de escaleras y equipo de protección personal (EPP) en todas las áreas de la instalación.
  • Cumplimiento de todas las políticas y normativas de seguridad alimentaria.
  • Cumplir con todos los procesos y procedimientos de seguridad y limpieza para garantizar la seguridad de nuestros empleados, clientes y visitantes.

Calificaciones

Calificaciones Mínimas (Requeridas):
  • Debe ser mayor de 18 años.
  • Debe poder trabajar en los Estados Unidos sin patrocinio.
  • Debe poder trabajar en una variedad de temperaturas de trabajo cálidas, calientes, húmedas, frías, húmedas o con superficies resbaladizas en alturas variadas dentro y alrededor de equipos y piezas en movimiento.
  • Debe ser capaz de realizar los requisitos físicos del trabajo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en horarios extendidos programados de lunes a sábado con horas extras diarias. Debe ser capaz de trabajar horas extras según sea necesario. Las horas de inicio y las horas varían según las necesidades de producción.

Calificaciones Preferidas:
  • Experiencia de matanza o Fabricación previa en una instalación de carne de res, cerdo o aves de corral inspeccionada por el USDA.
  • Experiencia previa en producció.
  • Historial de trabajo en los últimos 12 meses.
