What you will do:
- Manage operations related to the production of cell therapy products, ensuring adherence to the current Code of the Federal Regulations (CFR's) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's).
- Manage production operations with an emphasis on quality, safety, and delivery of cell therapies to supply plan.
- Investigate and resolve problems, identify and implement process improvements, and manage the training and development of personnel.
- Minimum BS/BA degree required in biological sciences, engineering, or biotechnology/life sciences
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in clinical or commercial biologics or cell therapy manufacturing under cGMP.
- Strong Aseptic technique and/or qualification experience
- Knowledgeable of the current Code of the Federal Regulations (CFR's) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's)
- Sufficient understanding of processes, systems, and equipment to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions to senior management
- Expert knowledge of electronic quality systems
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exist
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Good communication skills, effective collaborator, etc]

- Experience in cell therapy manufacturing (autologous)
- Minimum 5 years prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
