Support the Go/NoGo process for mobilisation of Civil Subcontractor, site readiness. Reviews subcontractor deliverables (procedures / method statements) for earth works, concrete works, steel works, road works and other related civil activities. Participate in the follow-up of subcontractor survey works, review test results, identify deviations from original work scope requirements and inform immediate supervisor. Review technical inquiry requests (Inquiry Requisitions) to vendors, participate in the technical evaluation of vendor bid offers. Review design calculations and ensure vendor equipment specifications meet with client equipment specifications and are within budgeted costs.
