Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Public Administration preferred. Preference given to persons with experience in Scattered Sites Programs, bi-lingual, bi-cultural in Spanish, a plus.

Responsible, organized, effective, and efficient. Ability to perform multiple assignments simultaneously. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: SEE ATTACHED JOB SPECS
The Case Manager's main responsibility is to provide case management services for a caseload of 22 clients and their family members. The Case Manager prepares comprehensive assessments and service plans. Home visits and Field work are required.
Compensation: Include Hourly Rate or Salary/Bonus Info - This is mandatory in certian locations such as NYC.
