This role is centered around mentorship and technical expertise in electrical engineering. You will engage in detailed design and analysis of power delivery systems, focusing on mentorship of emerging talents, and quality assurance/control. We're looking for someone passionate about mentoring emerging talents, offering QA/QC oversight, and growing with Olsson.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead in the design and administration of power delivery projects, including distribution and substation design.
  • Engage in hands-on QA/QC activities, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards.
  • Mentor and guide early career engineers, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

*Candidates can live anywhere in the United States and work remotely.

  • Having ownership in the work you do.
  • Using your talents to positively affect communities.
  • Empowering others to use their talents.

You bring to the team:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering.
  • 8+ years of engineering experience.
  • Must be a registered professional engineer.
  • Strong mentorship, communication, and analytical skills.
