Work Site This is a fully onsite position and will be onsite at a customer site while traveling. The role requires a balance between office-based tasks, such as providing support over phone and email, and fieldwork, including equipment installation walkthroughs and on-site training. The ideal candidate is customer-facing with strong technical skills, and is comfortable with approximately 20% fieldwork.
