Responsibilities- Functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team and provides Clinical Medical Social Work services to patients and their families to improve or maintain social, emotional, functional and physical health (Continuously).
- Provides consultation, education, and training to staff regarding psychosocial issues that impact the delivery of optimal health care services (Frequently).
- Participates in the development and delivery of education, research and continuous quality improvement (Frequently).
Education: MSW
Licensure: LSW, LISW preferred
