Position summary ****
We are seeking a highly skilled and aesthetically talented nurse practitioner or physician assistant leader to join our team late August/early-September. This leader will play a key role in delivering exceptional care to our Columbus patient population while also having the unique opportunity to partner with our HQ team on broader business strategy.
This role is well suited for a women's health or primary care clinician with prior experience in aesthetics and an eagerness to be involved in clinic launch from the very beginning.
Working across our innovative healthcare model, you will be the point person on clinical care from the start of each patient's journey, addressing their health concerns without stigma. Exceptional outcomes are your north star, and you champion both the art and science of medicine; teaching others to do the same keeps you energized.
You'll see patients through their initial clinical intake, building a personalized treatment plan and executing to provide a seamless experience. You will be practicing in an evidence-based care model while simultaneously providing cutting edge treatments and building rapport with provider colleagues. Diligent and motivated, you are known for moving your own goal posts and do not settle for the status quo, you recognize the value of teamwork, are a flexible thinker, and are always eager to collaborate to get the job done. Before Medspa's launch, you will act as a consultant to 25m Health. Following the launch of Medspa, you will transition into a full-time position with Medspa.

_
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patients' individual needs and aesthetic goals.
- Develop and deliver personalized treatment plans using a variety of best-in-class aesthetic and integrative wellness treatments, including neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, IV drip therapy, PRP/PRF therapies, and laser treatments with precision and artistry – and with the highest safety and hygiene standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, inclusive of comprehensive pre- and post-treatment education and support to patients.
- Maintain detailed patient records and ensure accurate documentation
- Act as an education resource for patients, support staff, and other colleagues (including specialty providers unfamiliar with aesthetics) about the benefit and sample use cases of our services for whole-person health
- Keep informed about industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in aesthetic medicine through continuing education
- Participate in community-based events and outreach including social media campaigns
- Comply with all required protocols, regulations, and compliance related policies
Who you are:
- Family nurse practitioner or physician assistant with active national certification
- At least 1 year of women's health experience required
- If NP, valid, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner and RN licenses in the state of Georgia
- Active, unrestricted DEA license in state of Georgia
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in performing aesthetic services including injectables, chemical peels, microneedling, body sculpting, IV drips and laser therapies
- Proven ability to train and mentor other providers in aesthetic procedures
- Experience with hormone therapy, weight loss is highly preferred. ISSWSH and/or menopause training is ideal
- Tech-savvy, familiar with and comfortable navigating various aesthetics and wellness platforms
- Flexible, positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation
- Highly resilient and willing to solve tough problems
- Maintains a polished and professional appearance
- Skilled and proactive communicator, both with patients and colleagues

Compensation
- Competitive hourly wage, ranging from $50 - 75 per hour, commensurate with experience with ability to negotiate
- Additional compensation levers can be negotiated
