ECS is seeking a PL/SQL Developer to work in our Randolph Air Force Base, TX office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding.
Job Description:
ECS is seeking a highly qualified PL/SQL Developer with an active Secret Clearance to work on our project at Randolph Air Force Base, TX. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment. Must hold and maintain a valid Secret Security Clearance.
He/she will provide PL/SQL Developer support
Qualifications:

Tasks associated with position
The PL/SQL Developer must be able to work from diagrams and charts which identify the nature of desired results, processing steps to be accomplished and the relationship between various steps of the problem-solving routine; plans the full range of programming actions needed to efficiently utilize the computer system in achieving the desired end products. Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement application as part of the systems development team. Provide feedback on and adhere to delivery dates. Analyze, design, develop PL/SQL application through the dissemination of pertinent and relevant information in a timely and efficient manner. Develop and revise program code based on clearly defined requirements.
Required Skills:
- US Citizen.
- Candidate MUST HAVE a min. Secret Security clearance and maintain such clearance.
- Associates degree with 3 years of experience performing PL/SQL Developer functions.
- Minimum 3 years experience developing in PL/SQL.
- Experience with scripting.
- Experience with large scale information systems.
- Security Certificate.
- Ability to utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents.
- Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principals and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment with ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, business analytical and problem-solving/trouble shooting skills.
- Effective Customer Service and management skills/capabilities; including a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally (internally) and/or externally.
- High level of drive and ability to learn.
