What you'll be doing:
• Design, develop, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL/SOSL,
Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST APIs.
• Write robust code with an emphasis on security, performance, and scalability, while
following Salesforce best practices.
• Create and maintain detailed technical and process documentation.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs and
middleware tools.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure that best practices are followed and that code is
optimized for performance.
• Lead the effort in automated testing, including unit tests and end-to-end testing, ensuring
high code coverage and application stability.
• Manage deployment processes, including the use of version control systems and CI/CD
pipelines.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend
and implement improvements.
Additional Responsibilities
• Occasionally perform Salesforce administrative tasks such as configuring and managing
custom objects, fields, formulas, and automating business processes through Flows to
support the broader team.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, helping to translate
business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to
Salesforce solutions based on the latest trends and technologies.

What You'll Bring:
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required; Salesforce Platform Developer II
Certification is highly desirable.
• Strong experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and
Lightning Web Components (LWC) and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and development best
practices.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex Salesforce solutions from concept through
deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and resolve complex technical
issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a
collaborative environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
