Richman Signature Properties is currently seeking a community inspired, passion-driven full time Signature Lifestyle Specialist (Luxury Leasing Associate) with a can-do attitude to join our amazing Signature team in Tampa

Are you enthusiastic, community-driven, and ready to be part of our esteemed Signature team? Richman Property Services, Inc. is actively seeking a full-time Signature Lifestyle Specialist to join our dynamic workforce.

The employee will be working out of The Epic at Gateway, our 320-unit luxury residential apartment community located in Pinellas Park, FL 33782.

Candidates with luxury leasing experience, and Yardi software proficiency are strongly preferred.

Competitive base/hourly pay (to be discussed during interview process), and eligible for monthly Lease/Renewal performance bonuses

SUMMARY: The Specialists will be working in teams, focusing on leasing apartments throughout our sector. As an SLS, you will be taking all incoming phone calls that are leasing related and all walk ins that come in that are interested in leasing a new home. You are also responsible for resident satisfaction and may be asked to participate in management activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate knowledgeably about clients' properties to exceed performance benchmarks.
  • Answer leasing calls, record call results and document follow-up communication.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials.
  • Communicate effectively to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Know available spaces, answer questions, overcome objections.
  • Excel in a professional, performance driven, fast and fun team environment.
  • Demonstrate highly motivated, high energy sales with excellent closing skills, creative thinking, and the ability to enthusiastically communicate with prospects in every conversation.
  • Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect.
Requirements:
  • Education:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Experience:
  1. Minimum 1-3 years of luxury leasing experience, mid-rise experience, and proficiency in Yardi software products preferred
  • Skills & Certifications:
  1. Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills
  2. Strong work ethic and customer focus
  3. Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude
  4. Attention to detail/follow-up technique
  5. Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change
  6. Problem-solving skills and reliability
  7. Professional demeanor and personable phone voice
  8. Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, team environment
  9. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
  10. Valid Driver’s License required
