Role Overview: As a UX Researcher, you will conduct B2B research across various audience types, including individual employees, people leaders, IT admins, and HR/data analysts. You'll collaborate closely with design and product management teams on key projects, from early-stage user research to iterative design evaluations. Your insights will directly influence the development and refinement of our products. Responsibilities: Conduct B2B UX research for diverse audiences: individual employees, executives, managers, IT admins, and HR/data analysts. Collaborate with design and product management partners on priority design projects, from foundational user research to iterative design evaluations. Perform UX Health studies to ensure design experiences meet release standards. Develop and evaluate methods for data collection, including interviews, group discussions, and surveys. Derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data, complementing other research. Align work priorities with the needs of the design team, guided by Viva Insights UXR and Principal UXR Manager. Requirements: Top Hard Skills: 5+ years of experience in unmoderated/moderated user testing. 5+ years of experience in analysis and reporting. 5+ years of experience balancing multiple studies. Proficiency in everyday research tools (e.g., Figma, PowerPoint, Excel, screen sharing). Demonstrated ability to propel projects forward independently. Experience and Qualifications: 5-7 years of hands-on research or product planning experience, with skills in collecting and analyzing human behavioral data. Ability to operate independently, embrace ambiguity, demonstrate creativity, and deliver organized results. Experience presenting and socializing research insights. Experience with AI-related product solutions is a plus. Advanced degree in HCI, market research, human factors, psychology, or a related field, or a BA/BS with significant industry experience. Qualitative research experience to understand user roles, needs, and challenges. Experience with evaluative research and UX Health research. Strong B2B research experience. Eagerness to learn about user audiences, behaviors, contexts, and motivations. Strong empathy for users while balancing stakeholder vision and constraints. Experience in a fast-paced technology environment with independent time management and task prioritization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal partnering skills.
