Job Summary

Gator Chrysler Dodge Jeep is looking for a motivated Service Appointment Co-Ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our customers to schedule service appointments and ensure their satisfaction. They must have strong communication, organizational and customer service skills, be able to multi-task and stay organized.

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities

• Receive calls from customers to book appointment for vehicles requiring servicing
• Ensure that customer information, such the date and time of appointment, is accurately entered into the system
• Answer customers’ inquiries regarding the right type of service for their vehicles
• Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Manage waiting list for appointments ensuring customers are booked at the earliest convenience
• Monitor appointment progress and provide feedback to customers
• Maintain a professional attitude and excellent customer service

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and efficient
• Ability multi-task efficiently
• Computer proficiency (MS Office Suite)
