At Dura-Line, we create what connects us We're seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to perform inspections and testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with our production team to drive continuous improvements and uphold the highest safety and quality standards for our products.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:15pm)
  • Starting Pay: $17.59-$24.00/hour, depending on experience plus $2.00 shift differential for night shifts.
  • Sign-on Bonus: $300 after 30 days, $500 after 60 days, $700 after 90 days for total of $1,500.00
  • Referral Bonus: $1,500.00
  • Work Environment: Manufacturing, Non-Climate Controlled, Variable Temperatures, Team Oriented, On-The-Job Training
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily line audits to proactively correct defects and identify root cause corrective actions.
  • Inspect and test manufactured goods to ensure safety and meet/exceed acceptable tolerances.
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, focusing on maintaining product integrity.
  • Actively contribute to a fast-paced, high-speed environment, following standardized work and safe practices in a continuous improvement setting.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of high-quality products.
  • Exhibit a team-oriented, goal-driven, and motivated approach.
