Temporary HR Leave Associate

Our client, a well respected National Research Organization, is seeking a Temporary HR Associate to assist with their leave and benefits team on a contract basis through June.

They will be particularly interested in an HR professional who has experience effectively communicating leave related policies in mid to large sized organization.

The responsibilities for the position include:

- Leave Administration: Prepare information for clients on FMLA/WRP. Ensure employees are eligible to access the Leave benefits. Explain the process to clients on the leave is administered.
- Americans with Disability Act (ADA) Compliance: Follow-up with clients requesting accommodation. Conduct conversations with the Staff Manager and Human Capital Partners to implement reasonable accommodations for the client. Collaborate with Corporate units that support these accommodations, i.e., IT, Workplace Management, etc.
- Other assigned tasks could include maintaining communication
