Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Assistant at Stafast Products. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, including providing exceptional customer service, maintaining communication with clients, organizing sales materials, and assisting the sales team. This is an on-site role located in Fort Mill, SC.

  • Be a Customer Success Champion: Directly support our clients by answering inquiries, processing orders, and exceeding expectations with top-notch service.
  • Supercharge the Sales Team: Facilitate a smooth sales process through phone support, data analysis, and administrative excellence.
  • Own Your Development: Dive into our business software and continuously expand your knowledge of our products and services.
  • Collaborate to Win: Work closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals, streamline processes, and drive results.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software.
  • Dedication to Learning: A strong desire to master our business software and embrace new technologies.
  • Multi-tasking Master: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
