Who You Are Under limited supervision, performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Tasks may be segregated by commodity area or function, and controlled in terms of difficulty, complexity, or responsibility. Assignments usually relate to standardized technical supply management operations. Participates in inventory audits and researches discrepancies. May assist with Document Control functions. Ensure supplies properly identified, handles, stored and shipped. This is a contingent position based upon contract award What You’ll Do As a Supply Technician, you will: Manage inventory and stock control for materials and supplies. Process purchasing transactions and maintain financial records. Coordinate logistics and distribution of supplies. Ensure compliance with supply chain management procedures and regulations. Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards. Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates. Other duties as required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in inventory management or supply roles. Strong organizational and logistical skills. Knowledge of supply chain processes and related software. High School Diploma or GED: Required as a basic educational foundation. Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements. Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure. Clearance: Must possess an active U.S Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required.
