Compensation Range: $15.50 per hour

Position Summary:

• Floor Maintenance Duties: Responsible for the maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets through dust and wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting in various areas including offices, resident rooms, corridors, lobbies, entrances, and dining rooms. Collect and dispose of trash/recycling/soiled linen properly.
• Safety: Use protective gear and handle cleaning solutions responsibly while adhering to safety guidelines. Report needs and malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
• Punctuality: Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time, completing assigned tasks according to a schedule.
• Customer Experience: Represent HCSG positively, cooperating respectfully with all staff and residents.
• Resident Experience: Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests at the facility.

Qualifications:

• Exhibit a positive attitude and the ability to follow instructions while performing routine tasks.
• After training, demonstrate leadership skills to accomplish responsibilities independently and safely.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be punctual and able to work as scheduled.
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and engage in physical activities for extended periods.
• Comfortable working with food and cleaning products.
• Must reside within the service area.
