LaSalle Network has partnered with a well-known, rapidly growing company that is looking for an Account Executive to join their Nashville team. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to showcase your sales skills and expand the number of merchants partnering with our client in Nashville.

We are seeking someone who excels in sales, is passionate about building relationships and enjoys negotiating to create strong partnerships. The ideal candidate knows the best places around town and has a knack for connecting with people. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new small-and-medium-sized merchants that meet our client's partnership criteria. You will leverage your skills in emailing, cold-calling and internal processes to set these partnerships up for success.

Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Use prospecting skills and relationships to establish partnerships with merchants in your area
  • Manage contract negotiations to build solid working relationships, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties
  • Clearly articulate the value of our services and newest products to potential partners
  • Consistently achieve and surpass monthly targets
  • Collaborate with Operations and Account Managers to successfully onboard the best merchants
  • Help identify and develop best practices
  • Foster long-term relationships with key regional partners
  • Act as an ambassador for our mission, brand, and products
  • Maintain proactive communication with prospects through email, phone and in-person meetings

Account Executive Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, account management or similar roles OR a bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail
  • Willingness to dive deep into details and work closely with high-value partners
  • Strong critical thinking skills

Account Executive Benefits:
  • Base salary plus uncapped commission ($67k OTE in the first year)
  • Full benefits, with an additional $200/month commuter and meal credit
