Compensation

Responsibilities

  • Invoice receipt and preparation for A/P payment
  • Assist with Accruals and Reclasses
  • Reconciliation of Vendor statements; reconciling parked invoices and invoice exceptions
  • Resolutions of Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt issues with Corporate A/P department
  • Matching and entering goods receipts into the SAP system
  • Reconciliation of materials receipts against vendor invoices; resolution of discrepancies in inventory quantities
  • Monthly audit of material delivery tickets
  • Assistance with inventory reconciliation and purchase tracking; journal entries pertaining to production.
  • Process delivery tickets; including management of electronic files.
  • Answer and properly route incoming calls.
  • Send, sort and distribute internal and external mail daily, including prep outgoing mail and shipping.
  • Order and distribute office supplies.
  • Maintain common areas in office (kitchen, copy room, storage, conference rooms) - prep for meetings, stocking of supplies.
  • Ticketing of interplant aggregates in ClearView
  • Daily RM delivery ticket reconciliation/pulling of tickets upon request.
  • SAP support for Goods Receipts/Invoice corrections for Purchasing Department
  • Maintain internal phone directory.
  • Provide HR support, as needed.
  • Assist with projects, reports, and events as necessary for various Tucson departments.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education

High School diploma/GED

Requirements/Qualifications
  • 3+ years in an Administrative Assistant role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Physical requirements: occasional lifting of 25-50 lbs., sitting frequently, typing, walking, standing and bending


Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated on-going drug and alcohol testing.
