Does this sound like you?

To excel as a Leasing Agent at The 505, you will need a proven track record in leasing, sales, or customer service. Knowledge of student housing leasing practices is advantageous, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with prospective and current tenants. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities will enable you to handle various responsibilities seamlessly. Familiarity with leasing software such as Entrada and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is essential for streamlining leasing processes and maintaining tenant relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for customer interaction, and can juggle multiple tasks with ease, you have the key skills we are looking for to succeed in this role at our student housing apartment complex in Springfield, Missouri.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Proven experience in leasing
