DAY-TO-DAY

In this painting position, you report to the Crew Leader. You enjoy utilizing your skills to contribute to projects in an important way. You use proper form to prepare, protect, and paint for residential interior and exterior projects. Whether you're working with a team or on your own, you are always detail-oriented and meticulous. You know most but not all aspects of residential painting, and are able to complete projects effectively from start to finish with little or no supervision. Additionally, you communicate with professionalism when you cross paths with customers. You find great fulfillment in providing quality results and adding to the success of your team
